Product Development Manager

This position is responsible for spearheading the development of new products from ideation to launch for multiple brands at ORLY INTERNATIONAL. The ideal candidate is a passionate product development expert with proven experience in beauty/CPG, as well as a trend-savvy product guru who can help define and steer the product pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience in product development
• Data savvy: proficient in data-driven decision-making and utilizing data analytics tools
• Flexibility + resilience to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
