We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our day shift team at a rapidly growing beverage and nutraceutical manufacturer in Lewisville, TX. The successful candidate will lead a team of production supervisors and related staff, ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production management within the food/beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries
- Geographic accessibility to Lewisville, TX
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems and requirements planning processes
