Job Description
Supportive Housing Coordinator role supporting individuals with mental health concerns and/or substance use in a 14-month contract, full-time position at Indwell's Kitchener location.
Requirements
- Post Secondary education in related field or equivalent
- Experience working within a case management framework with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use, or other special needs
- Valid âGâ class driverâs license with own vehicle
- Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, organization, responsibility, and ability to take initiative
