We are seeking 2 x Technical Support Engineers to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work closely with the commercial team, retailers, customers, and other technicians to diagnose and repair vehicle issues, compile technical reports, and coach and educate internal teams and our service network.
Requirements
- Significant Aftersales & Technical service engineering-based business experience
- Recognisable technical qualification or experience based equivalent
- Broad experience in Automotive Technical Service Engineering & Aftersales disciplines
- Ability to travel, both national and international as required by the role
- Strong diagnostic and analysis skills
- Ability to use, understand and develop Technical & Aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment & strategies for best practise
- Very strong drive for continuous improvement
- Customer (internal & external) service skills, which include relationship building across departments and functions
- Excellent communication skills
- IT skills are essential
