Job description
The Emergency Response & Security Lead is responsible for implementing and administering fire, safety, and security policy and procedures at the site to minimize accidental losses through incident prevention. The role requires alignment and support with business strategies and objectives.
The Emergency Response & Security Lead will facilitate the INEOS Acetyls Behavioral Based Safety Program, administer SHE programs, develop and communicate site fire safety, health, and emergency procedures, and provide oversight for the contractor fire safety program.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) certification, and knowledge of safety and health processes and related legislation and standards.
