Lead System Engineer

Role Overview

Acts as an independent engineer in support of creation and deployment of reference architecture designs to be consumed for global deployments of Avaya UC and CC solutions.

What You Will Do

Designs, installs, configures, customizes, implements, and documents Avaya CC and UC reference solutions, and deploys them via Automation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 10-15 years of proven industry experience working with Avaya solution installations and configurations, and ability to support multiple initiatives at any given time.

Requirements

• Strong implementation experience on Avaya UC and/or CC solutions
• Strong VMware hands-on experience
• Avaya UC and CC integration experience spanning multiple Avaya products
• Strong knowledge in Linux OS & Windows OS internal working
• Core Data Networking and Network Management
• One or more ACDS/ACSS certification on below platforms
• Team Engagement, Aura Core, IX Workplace, IX Meetings, IX Messaging, CC Elite, CMS, Breeze, AES, Experience Portal, Oceana, Avaya Analytics, and others
