Role Overview

Lead Health Verification and Automation for complex Avaya ecosystems. Transition from manual checks to the design and implementation of automated health check workflows, ensuring high availability for enterprise-grade UC and CC environments.

What You Will Do

Design and maintain scripts to automate health check processes, conduct advanced health audits, serve as the final point of escalation for health-related issues, and develop advanced approaches to system validation and migration health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
