Role Overview

Supports and maintains MFT systems, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and client coordination.

What You Will Do

Configure and support SFG, Connect:Direct, and SFTP transmissions, monitor and resolve file transfer failures, troubleshoot protocol and connectivity issues, support client onboarding and testing, manage encryption, and perform initial root cause analysis.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 3–5 years of experience in file transmissions builds and support, strong knowledge of Sterling File Gateway / Connect:Direct, SFTP and HTTPS protocols, and Linux/AIX environments, with ability to troubleshoot independently and coordinate with teams.

• Linux/AIX environments
• SQL (basic queries for validation)
• Encryption standards (PGP, SSL/TLS, PKI)
• Client onboarding and file setup
• Incident management tools (ServiceNow, Moogsoft)
