Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Human Resources Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day people operations engine at Infinitum Electric. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR Operations, People Ops, or Payroll, with hands-on experience running multi-state payroll on a modern platform and working knowledge of US labor and pay regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR Operations, People Ops, or Payroll
• Hands-on experience running multi-state payroll on a modern platform
• Working knowledge of US labor and pay regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, multi-state tax)
• Strong HRIS skills — comfortable building reports, auditing data, and managing integrations (HRIS to payroll/benefits/IT)
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets fluency for ad-hoc people analysis
• High attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and a service mindset for employees
