Construction Manager

Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects for oil and gas infrastructure in the Appalachian Basin. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction, supervising field crews and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 10+ years of progressive construction experience in the oil and gas industry
• Proven track record of supervising field construction crews and third-party contractors
• Deep knowledge of oil and gas construction practices and surface infrastructure
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex construction drawings and specifications
• Strong grasp of construction safety standards and environmental regulations
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
