Senior Tax Manager

Infinity Natural Resources, an oil and gas exploration and production company, is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead its tax function, overseeing partnership taxation and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
• CPA or equivalent and Oil and Gas experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of partnership tax regulations, Up-C structures, and tax planning strategies.
• Experience in tax roles with a focus on partnership taxation, including experience with Up-C structures and new partnership formation and modifications.
• Experience leading the preparation of the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
• Proven experience building and leading a team of tax professionals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
