Job Description
Ni2 Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join its Revenue Cycle Team. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2. Responsibilities include managing revenue cycle processes, identifying and resolving issues, collaborating across clinical and financial areas, and analyzing metrics and reports to enhance performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
- In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in relevant speciality area
- Experience with Cerner
- Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
