Job Description
Inflection AI is a public benefit corporation leveraging its large language model to build an AI platform for enterprise needs. As a Model Training engineer, you will design, build, and scale post-training pipelines to turn a general LLM into a production-ready assistant.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning large transformer models on multi-GPU / multi-node clusters
- Fluency in PyTorch and its ecosystem tools
- Experience with RLHF, DPO, GRPO, or RLAIF and understanding of their practical trade-offs
