Job Description
Infleqtion is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the team building the control system software for its quantum computers. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in designing and delivering robust and scalable software services, along with proven experience leading software teams in developing those services.
Requirements
- Manage, develop, build, and lead a team of software developers & DevOps engineers
- Develop, communicate, and enforce software development standards and processes
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Infleqtion quantum computing software systems
- Architect and design control system software; hands-on application of deep subject matter expertise in building software systems
- Communicate software feature roadmaps and resource needs between the control software team, adjacent stakeholders, and executive management
