Job Description
Influur is reimagining how advertising works through creators, data, and AI, and we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own and scale hiring for our Product, Data, and Tech teams.
Requirements
- Manage end to end the recruiting processes for Influur's technical roles in Product, Data and Tech.
- Partner with Tech, Product and Data leaders to develop sourcing strategies to source, engage and attract key technical roles.
- Use different sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Communicate assertively with candidates, making sure they are engaged throughout the process.
- Develop a deep understanding of Influur's business, vision and goals to enable a solid communication with potential candidates.
- Own the technical interview process to successfully attract and engage top talent.
- Map out where strong research or technical talent are by staying on top of industry trends.
- Build out great candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process from start to finish.
- Keep track record of key recruiting KPIs like time-to-fill.
