Job Description
Infobip is seeking a Customer Success Intern to work with assigned customers, build trusted relationships, and drive customer growth. The role involves analyzing customer data, creating success plans, and monitoring SaaS health risks. The ideal candidate has experience in customer retention and growth, knowledge of AI tools, and strong communication skills.
