Mid Backend Engineer - Java/Kotlin

Requirements

• Design, develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot backend services primarily using Java and Kotlin.
• Take full ownership of the code you produce, from development to production support.
• Write well-designed, testable, and scalable code following clean code principles.
• Build and operate distributed, parallel systems that communicate across multiple data centers.
• Work extensively with relational databases as part of data-intensive backend services.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Scrum teams through planning, breakdown, and delivery while contributing to knowledge sharing and growth within the engineering community.
• Work closely with Product Development to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to a flexible team setup that may evolve or split based on domain and product needs.
