As a Senior Solution Engineer at Infobip, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences through high-impact solution design, delivery, and innovation. You will work on complex customer engagements, own opportunities end-to-end, and collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, system integration, or similar roles
- Proven expertise designing complex, scalable technical architectures in CPaaS/SaaS environments
- Experience with Voice products is highly valued
- Strong background in Telecommunications, APIs, messaging, or customer engagement platforms
- Advanced experience configuring and integrating solutions via REST APIs, SFTP, and other integration patterns
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and customer-facing skills
- Hands-on experience conducting demos, POCs, discovery sessions, and technical deep-dives
- Strong project management capabilities: planning, risk mitigation, delivery execution
- Ability to mentor team members and uplift technical standards within the team
- Proactive, creative problem-solver who challenges assumptions and identifies new use cases
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and navigating high-visibility engagements
