Learning Experience Architect (LXA) | Full-time, Onsite - Noida | Open to India-based candidates only

Infopro Learning is seeking a Learning Experience Architect who can design and build high-quality learning solutions, lead a small team of instructional designers, and use Gen AI to create engaging and directly aligned learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 8–12 years of hands-on instructional design and learning development experience
• Deep command of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Proven ability to independently create high-quality storyboards, scripts, and learning content
• Strong learning strategy and performance consulting skills
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams of instructional designers
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards
• Strong proficiency with common business tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Demonstrated expertise using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for learning design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
