We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and learner impact. This role sits at the heart of learning delivery, taking well-defined learning designs and turning them into thoughtful, engaging, and scalable learning experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
- Relevant experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning delivery
- A genuine interest in building impactful learning experiences and continuously improving your craft
- Strong grounding in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
- Deep experience creating storyboards and learner-centric content that simplifies complex topics
- Hands-on expertise building interactive eLearning using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and related platforms
