Job Description
We’re seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and airtight delivery standards. In this role, you’ll review digital and print learning materials end-to-end—checking language, formatting, visual consistency, content flow, and adherence to quality frameworks.
Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
- Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfort managing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and focus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with confidence in asking clarifying questions
- Exposure to authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, etc.) is a plus
