Junior Partner Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Junior Partner Success Manager, you'll build strong relationships with MSP partners in the Benelux region, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure clients achieve optimal value from our platform.

What You Will Do

Build and nurture relationships with MSP clients, identify upsell and renewal opportunities, collaborate with the Implementation team, and champion the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing role in the MSP or cybersecurity industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional environment
• Commercially minded with confidence in identifying growth and renewal opportunities
• Highly organised and self-driven, capable of managing multiple client relationships at once
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and working across teams
