The Asia Graduate Trainee Programme is a 1-year program that provides structured guidance and support to recent graduates in the event industry. The program includes rotations in marketing, sales, and event operations, and offers hands-on experience and opportunities to contribute to high-profile B2B global exhibitions and conferences.
Requirements
- Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business or a related field.
- Passionate about the event industry with a strong desire to build a career in event project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Digital savvy and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video editing, eDM design and social media platforms management.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English is a must. Able to write and speak multiple languages is a big plus.
- Have permanent work rights with no restrictions in the applying location (Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Korea, Japan & Taiwan)
