The Comms Planner – Attendee Marketing is responsible for developing and refining messaging frameworks, creating creative briefs, and ensuring visual alignment with campaign strategies. This role also manages the campaign calendar and supports the development of the master brief, ensuring timely execution of communication sub-briefing activities based on the Campaign Manager’s strategy and plan.
Requirements
- Develop and refine communication frameworks that align with the attendee value proposition, audience personas, and campaign objectives.
- Create messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and key persona segments, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Embed industry trends within the portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders within the team to increase relevance and engagement across communication channels.
- Develop creative briefs that outline messaging, visual direction, and audience insights for creative teams.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visuals align with messaging frameworks and campaign objectives.
- Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring all communication activities align with the Campaign Manager’s strategy and timelines.
- Foster agile workflows by embedding iterative collaboration and adaptability into communication planning.
- Establish and monitor messaging KPIs, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and audience sentiment metrics.
