Taylor & Francis is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while using their products and services. The role involves providing exceptional support, building strong customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience across a wide breadth of customer service tasks
- Experience of Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other CS systems
- A good standard of Education including English and Maths
