Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Frequency Manager to manage and coordinate the use of radio frequency spectrum for government operations, including allocating frequencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing interference.

Requirements

• Clearance Level: Secret
• Certifications: IAT Level II, Spectrum XXI Certification, or Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager (25E) Course, or similar experience
• Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology, or related field, at least 3-5 years of experience in spectrum management, radio communications, or frequency planning
