Job Description
Join our dynamic team of IT professionals to lead and manage our global technology operations. As an IT Operations & Service Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of IT services, manage a team of Infrastructure Engineers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver technology-enabled business change.
Requirements
- Experience leading, developing, and line managing IT teams of 5-10 people
- Experience collaborating with and managing business stakeholders to identify needs, resolve issues, and manage change, up to Director level
- Experience planning and governing the delivery of IT change projects and initiatives
