Lead Product Manager

Informed Solutions is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of innovative public sector services. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering bespoke digital services in the public sector and leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex product or service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering bespoke digital services in the public sector (to GDS standards) or regulated environments
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex, innovative product or service delivery
• Applying agile and user-centred design practices in multi-stakeholder contexts
• Engaging with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and balancing competing priorities
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing other Product Managers or practitioners
• Exposure to government frameworks, standards, and governance models
