Requirements

• Experience supporting learning and capability development in a professional services, consulting, technology or similarly knowledge-led environment.
• Experience designing and delivering professional skills or capability development programmes.
• Strong understanding of modern learning design approaches, including blended learning and digital learning tools.
• Experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems (Absorb).
• Experience evaluating learning impact and continuously improving programmes.
