Requirements
- User-Centred Design (UCD): Experience designing and delivering user-centred solutions in complex service environments.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with senior designers, technical colleagues, and delivery teams to produce high-quality outputs.
- Research & Analysis: Skilled at undertaking research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Communication: Strong visual and verbal communication skills to make complex information understandable and actionable.
- Public Sector & Consultancy Experience: Familiarity with consultancy delivery in public sector contexts is desirable.
- Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Ability to coach junior colleagues and contribute to an active practitioner community.
