Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to support our Talent Acquisition function in our People Services team. The role will involve identifying recruitment challenges, analysing root causes, and designing practical solutions to enable sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting niche technology talent and a commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality and cost.

Requirements

• Extensive experience recruiting niche technology talent within an in-house environment.
• Demonstrable experience building or improving recruitment strategies in a scaling business.
• Proven ability to diagnose hiring challenges and implement measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical capability and confident using data to inform decisions.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality and cost.
• Credible and confident stakeholder advisor, experienced at influence at senior levels to drive our resourcing strategy and business growth.
