Job Description
Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
Requirements
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Substantial proven experience (10 years plus) working in client-facing consulting / contracting roles
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) and English
- Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
- Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources
