Job Description
We are looking for a Kinaxis/IBP Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our team in London. The role involves leading supply chain planning workstreams, advising customers, and delivering outstanding results in the areas of expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs, consulting experience in supply chain planning, and knowledge of supply chain processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles like Functional lead, Solution Architect or SME
- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies
- Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, especially SAP IBP or/and Kinaxis
- Software vendor background (SAP and/or Kinaxis)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Experience in Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
- Experience in evaluating existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
- Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Ideally industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e. g. German, French)
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.
