M&A Technology Lead

We are looking for a Senior Consultant/Principal to lead M&A technology value and rationalization efforts, identifying, quantifying, and delivering technology-driven value in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration/separation, technology cost optimisation/IT financial management, or large-scale transformation programmes involving technology rationalisation
• Strong understanding of technology cost drivers, including application portfolios, infrastructure and cloud environments, and software licensing and vendor contracts
• Proven experience in identifying, quantifying, and delivering cost savings or value creation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret technology cost baselines and business cases
