As an M&A Technology Lead, you will play a central role in identifying, quantifying, and delivering technology-driven value in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will bridge the gap between deal rationale and execution by translating the technology aspects of the deal thesis into measurable, trackable, and achievable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration/separation
• Strong understanding of technology cost drivers
• Business Fluency in German and English
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working on due diligence, synergy modelling, or value creation planning
