- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints
- Ability to collaborate within the Firm and leverage existing resources
- Superior team leadership skills
- Extensive work experience in a consulting company, working in large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Extensive work experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Considerable SAP solution architecture and enterprise architecture experience
- Demonstrated skills in executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach
