Senior Principal Agile Transformation Lead (m/w/d)

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation
• Fundamental expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
• At least one recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g. SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)
• Experience in building and developing agile competency centers/ Center of Excellence
• Proven experience in coaching agile organizations at C-level
• Proven experience in business development, including pipeline management and creation of customer offers
• Strong team player with a high willingness to take on responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
