
Job description
The Senior Associate Consultant, EUC Support Engineer will provide L2 support to EUC environment in compliance with established IT Service management processes and meeting agreed SLAs. The role will also provide hands and feet support for all EUC devices, maintains, repairs and troubleshoots desktop/laptop OS, hardware and software packages, and provides L1 support for desktop applications.
The role will involve providing technical support for EUC devices, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining hardware and software packages. The Senior Associate Consultant, EUC Support Engineer will also be responsible for providing support to users for data migrations and user profile migrations, and working with third-party vendors as required.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience supporting EUC devices in IT Infrastructure function, good experience in troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
