Cluster Controller

We are seeking a Cluster Controller to lead the financial management of the Cluster, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong professional experience in accounting, controlling or financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, internal controls and regulatory reporting requirements
• Updated knowledge of accounting regulations, including Mars GAAP and the Client’s internal policies
• Digitally savvy, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical approach
• Fluent English; German language skills are a strong advantage
