Job Description
We are looking for an IT Onboarding and Support Specialist to join our international organization in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating equipment and order management, onboarding, setup and offboarding, IT support and troubleshooting, and administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in onboarding and equipment management
- Ability to provide independent on-site IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with IT service management tools and support practices
