Technical Implementation Specialist (Integrations) – Remote (Poland)

We are scaling an Integration Support team and are looking for experienced Technical Implementation Specialists to support enterprise customers during integration projects. You will work directly with large, global organizations, helping them implement integrations that are essential to their success.

Requirements

• Fluent English (native-level preferred) with excellent written communication skills
• Experience as a Technical Implementation Specialist, Integrations Specialist, or in a similar role involving technical onboarding and project coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically through technical challenges
• Patience and professionalism when working with complex technical scenarios
• Ability to meet deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback
