A rapidly growing international biotechnology company is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive and implement the company's commercial strategy within the assigned territory in the hematology and oncology field.
Requirements
- University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within hematology/oncology or a similar therapeutic area
- Established network and in-depth knowledge of key stakeholders in hematology and oncology
- Strong understanding of hospital markets and drug distribution structures, especially hospital pharmacies
- Proven track record of success in a dynamic, fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong project management abilities
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel frequently (at least 60% field-based activity) and a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
