A globally active manufacturer in the construction machinery and access technology sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development, customer acquisition, and key account growth in the Finnish market, particularly in the Helsinki region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B field sales
- Proven track record in Key Account Management
- Experience in AWP / MEWP or comparable access equipment / construction machinery
- Experience working in an OEM (manufacturer) environment
- Proven sales responsibility (≥ €1M annual revenue)
- Strong existing network within the Finnish rental and construction industry
- Excellent English communication skills (business fluent)
- Finnish language skills are highly preferred (B2/C1 level depending on responsibility scope)
- Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
- High willingness to travel within Finland and the Nordic region
