Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Warsaw, Poland, to support the team in effectively applying the Scrum framework and promoting Agile and SAFe values. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager/Delivery Manager, strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks, and proficiency with Agile collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3–4 years)
- Experience as a Project Manager and/or Delivery Manager (minimum 3–4 years)
- Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (eg, Kanban, SAFe)
- Scrum Master certifications (eg, PSM I/II, CSM) are a strong plus
- Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools (eg, Jira, Confluence)
- English language skills sufficient for effective, fluent communication
- Strong time-management skills (both personal and team-level)
- Ability to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to identify risk areas and develop effective mitigation approaches
