Event technician sought for daily operation of conference center, supporting customers with setup and technical process of conferences and events.
Requirements
- Direct communication with guests and event management
- Supporting customers with setting up conference technology
- Control of conference and interpretation technology control room
- Responsibility for smooth technical process of conferences and events
- Maintenance and execution of necessary repairs, material maintenance and storage
- Supporting media technicians in case of faults
- Documentation of performed work and events
- Supporting planners and media technicians in technology and process development
