As Team Lead Maintenance Operations Tracks & Switches, you will lead the teams responsible for maintaining tracks and switches to ensure the efficient, high-quality, and safe execution of works.
Requirements
- Guiding, supporting, and evaluating the employees
- Evaluating the scope and technical choices of maintenance projects
- Making the planning of interventions and assigning the necessary resources
- Defining operational guidelines and ensuring the optimal deployment of teams
- Coordinating, controlling, and monitoring the execution of work on the site
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the effective implementation of improvement initiatives and projects
- Ensuring the rollout of guidelines and instructions regarding labor and operational safety
- Proactively ensuring the well-being of workers
- Acting as a contact person for authorities and the public for questions or nuisance related to maintenance activities
- Proactively developing and maintaining all work relationships and ensuring good communication with other entities
- Disseminating knowledge and experience to support colleagues
