Technical Director - Wastewater

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the operation of wastewater treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with plant performance goals and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Support the company’s QA programs to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities.
