Wastewater Operator

Join Inframark's Operations and Maintenance team as a Wastewater Operator II. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment at small to medium-sized water/wastewater facilities. You will be empowered to thrive in a dynamic, supportive, and innovative environment.

Requirements

• Operate a variety of equipment and machinery, including valves, pumps, motors, belt presses, disinfection equipment, and vehicles.
• Conduct routine testing, monitoring, and maintenance of production wells and water/wastewater facilities.
• Perform and document treatment processes and maintenance activities to ensure proper operations.
• Respond to call outs and after-hours emergencies to repair treatment equipment, pumps, motors, sensing devices, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
• Provide customer service functions as needed.
• Ensure the security and cleanliness of treatment plant facilities and grounds.
• Communicate with clients and customers regarding routine technical aspects of operations as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities within the treatment facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
