Requirements

• Operate a wide range of equipment and machinery
• Conduct routine testing, monitoring, and maintenance of production wells and water/wastewater systems
• Perform and document treatment processes and equipment maintenance
• Respond to callouts and after-hours emergencies
• Train employees on plant operations and safety practices
• Deliver customer service and communicate with clients
• Coordinate maintenance activities and perform additional duties as assigned
