Requirements
- Eligible candidate for an IEFP Professional Internship
- Academic Background in Languages and Foreign Literatures (level 7 or higher)
- Experience in Customer Support or similar roles, especially in SaaS/B2B (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive tone and empathy
- Team player - you'll be interacting regularly with customers, Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams
- Adaptable, responsible and multitasker
- Good time management skills
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written), English (spoken and written) and Spanish (written)
